I am an on-site technician for private homes. I set up home networks to include games, routers, unmanaged switches, modems (AT&T DSL, High Speed and Broadband), games and TV's. I build computers per the request of clients. Install OEM and third party software. Conduct wireless surveys to determine weaknesses, strengths and possible solutions to wireless attenuation issues. Upgrade computer hardware and software such as; RAM, hard-drives and operating systems. Clear and reset forgotten passwords. Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops, to include replacing screens, full tear-down and re-assembly (laptops), replacement of keyboards, fans, battery replacement, heat-sinks, CPUs, media players (DVD) and hard-drives. I perform complete backups and OS installs (full). I also assist customers via the phone for guidance and troubleshooting. Educate customers on technical and operational matters through free services.
