Morgan Johnson Participates in Summer Study Abroad Program

Morgan Johnson, of Marietta is one of three Valdosta State University students currently touring and studying in St. Petersburg, Russia as part of the summer study abroad program. The four-week trip began June 29 and ends July 29.

The trip includes tours of the city's historic sites as well as international dining at restaurants with regional cuisine. Students also have the opportunity to attend courses that focus on art, Russian language, politics and intercultural communication.

Participating students can earn up to six hours of credit in international studies.
