Rebecca Rusk Recognized by College of Education and Human Services at Valdosta State University

Valdosta State University's James L. and Dorothy H. Dewar College of Education and Human Services honored Rebecca Rusk of Cumming, Georgia, with its College of Education and Human Services Highest Academic Achievement Award during the university's 2015 Academic Honors and Awards Dinner.
